The short version
- We quote the fee before we start, so there are no surprises.
- Government / statutory fees are non-refundable once paid to the department.
- If we haven't started or couldn't deliver due to our fault, we refund our service fee.
1. Two kinds of charges
It helps to separate two things:
- Our service fee — what you pay us for our time and work.
- Government / third-party fees — official charges paid to a portal, department or partner (for example a passport fee, stamp duty or a printing cost).
2. Government & third-party fees
Once a government or statutory fee has been paid to the concerned department on your behalf, it is non-refundable by us, because we do not control it. The same applies to third-party costs already incurred (such as printing material or courier).
3. Our service fee
- Before we start: if you cancel before we have begun any work, we refund our service fee in full.
- Our fault: if we are unable to complete the work due to a mistake or failure on our side, we refund the service fee for that task (or redo it, if you prefer).
- Work already done: once work has started or an application has been prepared and submitted, the service fee reflects the effort completed and may be non-refundable or partly refundable, depending on the stage.
- Custom design/printing: personalised design and printed items (logos, cards, flex, banners) are made to your order and are generally non-refundable once production has begun, unless there is a clear error on our part.
4. What is not covered
We cannot refund for outcomes outside our control, including: a government department rejecting or delaying an application, incorrect details you provided, a change of mind after work is completed, or portal downtime. In genuine cases, we will always try to help you resolve or re-apply.
5. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at 91155 52911 with your details and the reason. We review each request fairly and, where a refund is due, process it to your original payment method (UPI/Google Pay/Paytm/PhonePe/card) as quickly as possible.
