Sahayak Seva is a privately owned service that assists individuals and businesses in preparing and submitting online and government-related applications, and in documentation, printing and design. This website (sahayakseva.com) is our own business website. We are not a government website, agency or authorised representative of any government department.

2. No government affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department or portal, including but not limited to UIDAI (Aadhaar), the Income Tax Department, GSTN (GST), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Passport Seva, and the Government of Punjab (including the iHRMS portal). All such names, portals and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the services we help you with.

3. Official portals

Government services can also be availed directly by citizens on the official portals — for example uidai.gov.in, incometax.gov.in, gst.gov.in, mca.gov.in, passportindia.gov.in and hrms.punjab.gov.in. Our fee is a service charge for assisting you and is separate from any official fee.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We prepare and submit your applications with care, but the final decision — approval, rejection, corrections or the time taken — rests entirely with the concerned authority. We do not guarantee any particular result or timeline that is controlled by a government department or portal.

5. Accuracy of information

We depend on the information and documents you provide. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete or false details supplied by you. Please share accurate and genuine information only.
